Now Starring is a native iOS app where users browse real weekly-updated video templates, tap Make this with my star, select a saved star or upload a clear photo, choose the prepared identity or scene image for that render, and receive a finished AI-generated video after a Cloudflare-backed two-step render pipeline. The experience is template-first and example-video-driven, not prompt-first; v1 has Studio, My Videos, My Stars, Activity, and Profile tabs, private star/photo/video archives, render status polling, APNs completion notifications, R2 media storage, D1 state, Workflows orchestration, Replicate async predictions and webhooks, and Better Auth.
